An hour and a half is way too long for an oil change. Won't be coming back
Took my car in for insurance repair. Was told at drop off it would only take a few hours. I called to see when I could pickup my car and they said it would be 3-4 days. Ended up being a week. The paint color is slightly off and they missed a dent on the panel they repaired.

They cleaned the car inside and out. Actual cost came in lower than estimate. They don't charge a service fee for credit card transactions.
Great professional services The place of business and clean and well organized. Workers are very helpful and friendly people. Comfortable environment to lounge in if you decide to wait there as well as available snacks free and able to purchase. Love the business
The service manager was helpful and knew what he was talking about. The time quoted was how long it took.
We had an extended warranty repair. Once the part came in, the repair was prompt and correct.

Had a 10 am appointment,service rep said hour to hour and ten minutes to do oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later truck hadn’t moved. Talk with service manager and asked why make appointment. He stated he would check on status. Return and said they would get right on it. 11:30 service advisor said it was done. Clean, pleasant interaction, The service interface is great, sales area is very clean and low pressure. Inventory is a little thin, but adequate. Our twins sons are getting ready to purchase so we walked and looked at a number of vehicles. I talked to a sales representative and told him the issue is they live in the Detroit area and are personal trainers for the CEO of Ford, who would really like to see them in Fords. So it could be a hard sell to keep them in a gm product.

I worked with Zakk and Chad on getting one of the limited run final year (2025) Chevy Malibus. Both of them were GREAT. Finance was very friendly as well. They worked very fast once I got up from Ohio to get all the paperwork set up and get the car road ready. They’re always friendly and ready to go. There’s never a surprise. Very polite great waiting area with coffee and snacks and whether it’s a quick oil change or something a little bit longer they’re always a very accommodating on if you need a ride or not taking forever. The price is always reasonable, but if you use the coupons, it’s awesome. It’s about five or 6 miles farther than something closer, but I always have the hometown feel with a professional level.
Worked with Hunter for test driving a Santa Cruz all-wheel drive activity package mini truck. He was knowledgeable about vehicle features, package upgrades and warranty information. Our questions were answered thoroughly and any needs we had were met. His professional knowledge coupled with his friendly demeanor and professionalism as a salesperson made the process an overall smooth transaction. The Santa Cruz has the perks of utility and comfort and feel close enough to my previous luxury car. Just crossed the first thousand miles moving my daughter home from college and very pleased with the 28 mpg!

The process was simple but there was lack of welcome, explanation of process or friendliness when first arriving.
Communication was below average. Was told my towing bill would be partially reimbursed but still have not received any. Work seems to be good quality with no problems as of yet. Truck was stored out side while waiting for parts. When I picked it up it was dirty with bird droppings on it in multiple areas.
My experience was very quick and easy. All questions were answered, and was even offered an better oil change plan to save money.

I was disappointed that there was no communication regarding my car staying over night. A simple phone call would have been nice or even a call back when I called shortly after 4pm. I didn't receive a call until 9:45am the following morning.
