I purchased my 2024 Colorado April 2025. The battery already gone bad in less than one year, but the worst part of that was that the computer wasn't reset after it was replaced. The first issue that started was that the seat memory return was operating about half the time. Then the truck wouldn't connect/dial a phone number until about 2-5 minutes after I entered and clicked on dial. Sometimes it would dial, then hang up and redial the same number. Often it would dial a random number in my speed dial list or redial the same number after hanging up. It would also disconnect and reconnect to the same number. I connected a reader to the computer, and about 5 default codes were there. I reset/deleted all, but 2 remained (but there were no issues with the truck). I had it serviced for an oil change (Justin did not write down that I had a free oil change and they also forgot to wash my truck) and those two issues on Sept. 23, 2026, of which it was there for 2 days and almost 6 hours. When I called around 3 p.m. I asked the service advisor if he had tested the phone problem, but he said that he had forgotten to do that. But, to my admission, I forgot to ask about the seat problem. When I started the truck, the seat did not move, so I reset the memory position just to make sure that it was, in fact, set. It acted a little strange, but I thought maybe it had to "re-memorize" and maybe it would work the next time that I shut off the engine and work properly. Sadly, that was not the case. It was, in fact, working in reverse. Moving forward when the engine was shut off and backwards when starting the engine!!! So...it was totally a waste of time, plus not having any transportation for 2 days, and they did fix (maybe) the phone issue. But I still need to test it fully before I know. Suffice to say, I was very disappointed in the efficiency of both the advisor and the mechanic(s) who worked on my truck. You would expect to get near excellent care, being the fact that the hourly rate is well over $100/hour. It seems that the more you pay, the less you get.

Betten Hyundai in Muskegon completed a warranty replacement of a leaking rear shock on a Tucson Hybrid. With 32K miles, I was told it had to be evaluated at a dealer to determine whether it could be warranty claim. After waiting a little longer than I expected, Matt Dean came back and advised that it was determined to be covered by warranty and since they had two shocks in stock they went ahead and replaced both rear shocks (as recommended). So, the wait time was reasonable and I didn't need to make another appointment - Great Experience with Matt Dean and Betten Hyundai dealership.

I have had the best experience at this dealership with Rob. He was amazing from the minute I talked to him on the phone and through the whole process when I met him. We got the best deal on a car. He introduced me to his twin brother named Rob. And the two Rob twins did a fantastic job. One sold me the car and the other one did the financing. Before we got there, we went to a couple of dealerships to look at other cars in town, but we were not impressed especially one that did a bait and switch up to the minute that we got there. He said the car was not available and tried to sell us really old cars. So when we got to Betten Chevrolet to meet the twins named Rob x 2 they were fantastic. I recommend this dealership to everybody because we really got the best service and a great customer service. And check out the twins named Rob!! They are amazing!!!
